What is a Foam Roller?

Foam Rollers are great for myofascial release and balance training! Extremely versatile. Foam Rollers can be used for everything from simple balance drills to golf swing practice, to yoga and Pilates!  They are also an excellent aid for self massage of the upper and lower back, calf, hamstring, glutes and quads.  The Roller is especially useful for IT (Illiotibial) Band Syndrome.
