  • Intern: SF General Hospital, CPMC, Kaiser, Jewish Home, Physical Therapy Clinics, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities

  • Out-Patient Pharmacy: 14 years

What is a Kinesiologist?

Kinesiologist is a person who understands your unique subjective experience and then suggests efficient movements for maximum outcome.

Identifies, Understands, Safety, Prevention, Recommends, Rehabilitation, Strengthen, Endurance, Structure-Function Relationship, Efficiency - least amount of energy/work to produce or generate HIGHEST amount of Force.  Kinesiologist designs solutions that work for the individual.

Understands every structure that participates in the movements of the body and does so according to physical and physiological principles.  The goal is to help people in optimum safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology refers to the scientific study of human movement, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics. The causes and consequences of physical activity in different perspectives and environments.

What is Subjectivity?

Subjectivity describes how you are an unique individual that goes through different experiences in their life i.e. cultural, social, and environmental experiences that dictate your specific movements, perceptions, reactions, and responses. 

And it’s these experiences that makes each person very special and unique!!!
